Aoiy (Nutrada Khamvieng), Co-Founder and Manager
Chiang Mai born and bred, Aoiy's is the voice you will most likely hear when you contact Crank. She is the office and Crank Tavern manager and is responsible for much of Crank's success. An expert organiser with a friendly and professional manner makes Aoiy a pleasure to talk to and you will notice how proud she is of Crank Adventures and Northern Thailand. Often seen showing people around on our on-road or city tours.
Win, National Guide/Tour Leader and Bike Mechanic
Having completed his internship and lead countless trips with Crank Adventures, Win graduated from the National Guide College and is another valuable asset that Crank is very proud of. His knowledge of Thai culture and history is unmatched and his passion and energy are unheard of. A fit and strong young man with a talent for Mountain biking, he can ride with the best and leaves the ladies weak at the knees. A very polite young gentleman and a very good communicator, he is the ideal guide and companion on any Crank Adventure. His responsibilities do not end with guiding either, he cooks many a delicious dish and helps out on both sides of the bar at Crank Tavern after most adventures.
Mr Dum, Driver/Mechanic/Hospitality Professional
Mr Dum has been driving for Crank Adventures ever since it started, and has been picking up, patching up and following up Crank trips for years. He is always there to help and give encouragement and does so with an infectious cheeky grin. Putting his vehicles through all sorts of conditions to get Cranks clients to the best trails he is a tireless worker and enjoys nothing more than getting out in to the jungles to drop us off, pick us up and help us out.
Day (Damian), Advisor and Tour Leader
Australian born Damian has lived many adventures in many places around the world but since 2001 he has called Thailand home. Researcher and designer of Crank Adventures, he has spent countless hours out in the jungles and forests finding great trails and putting together the trips that Crank Adventures are renowned for. Whenever he has time he's out inspecting trips to make sure that everything is as it was meant to be. An adventure sport and tour leading expert, fluent in Thai and familiar with just about every trail in Northern Thailand he loves showing Crank clients all the great things he has found. Often called 'Thai Puak' or Albino Thai by the locals he is the other reason for Crank's success.
